When can I make use of my right of withdrawal?

The Commercial Practices Act provides every consumer who has made a purchase online the opportunity to cancel his purchased goods within 14 calendar days. The valid exercise of this right requires that the consumer informs the seller within the stipulated period, starting from the delivery, that he / they wish to renounce the purchase.

How can I return my item?

The goods must be returned undamaged and unused within 5 calendar days after the seller is informed of the wish to comply with the return right provided for by law. The products must be returned to the sender in their original packaging.

Goods returned without prior notice will not be accepted. You can return your order at PURE J. Then you inform us by e-mail that the product does not meet your predetermined expectations.

PURE J does not bear any cost or responsibility for the return of goods by the buyer.

How can I get my money back?

Once the return has been received and evaluated by us, the refund amount will be refunded. We undertake to refund this sum within 30 days. However, PURE J reserves the right to refuse the returned goods or the refund thereof if they are not in their original packaging or if the goods have been damaged by the buyer.
