1. General Sales Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders and sales transactions via the website www.pure-j.be with regard to the products offered on the website. By placing an order, you accept these Terms of Sale in full and without reservation. We have the right to adjust the Terms of Sale. Any changes to the terms and conditions of sale will only apply to orders placed on or after the date of change.

2. Seller

PURE J has its registered office at Hérinnes-lez-Pecq and is registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (CBE) under number 864 917 227. Contact us via email info@pure-j.be.

3. Application

Each order constitutes acceptance by the buyer of our General Terms and Conditions, which form an integral part of the agreement, to the exclusion of all other general or special conditions issued by the buyer, unless expressly stipulated otherwise in writing.

4. Offers and acceptance of the order

All our offers are without obligation. We are only bound by an order after we have confirmed it in writing or after we have started the execution. The information about the products and the pricing, as well as the detailed order information, have been drawn up and communicated subject to change and correction. Temporary discounts cannot be combined.

5. Prices

All prices are stated in Euros (€), including 21 % VAT and excluding shipping costs. PURE J reserves the right to change prices, in particular when this is necessary on the basis of (legal) regulations.

6. Shipment and delivery

Products are only delivered in the countries for which the website allows delivery. The delivery of products will, as far as possible, take place within the time specified in the individual order confirmation. In most cases, the shipment takes place within one to three working days after receiving the payment. PURE J works together with Bpost for shipping. Upon shipment, the customer will receive a track and trace code to keep track of the package. No delay in delivery can give rise to cancellation of the purchase or payment of damages in favor of the buyer, except in the case of deliberate delay. PURE J cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or damage while sending BPost. If the customer experiences problems with receiving the package, he can always contact the carrier, stating the unique track and trace code. Incorrect delivery addresses are the responsibility of the buyer and may lead to additional costs. We have the right to make partial deliveries. In case of non-delivery of the goods, any sums paid by the buyer will be refunded without interest or other compensation.

7. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of the price, including all costs and charges, default interest and fees. In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to take back the goods, by operation of law and at the expense of the buyer.

8. Complaints

Complaints and any visible damage and / or qualitative shortcomings of an article or other shortcoming in the delivery must be reported within 7 days after delivery via info@pure-j.be, otherwise all rights will lapse.

9. Guarantee

Our guarantee is limited to the guarantee for hidden defects and the guarantee in the event of consumer sales, both provided for in the Civil Code. We only guarantee damage that is the result of intent or gross error.

10. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our normal control. This includes production stoppages, workforce, transport delays, strikes, work stoppages, which could affect both ourselves and our suppliers, even if foreseeable.

11. Evidence

All Parties accept within the framework of their relationships the electronic evidence, such as e-mail or backups.

12. Severability

If an article of these terms and conditions is declared null and void, this nullity will not affect the validity of the other articles.

13. Governing Law

All agreements concluded with PURE J, seller, are governed by Belgian law. The Belgian courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
